- Friday afternoon - Warmup starts at 4:30pm for a 5:30pm start.
- Saturday and Sunday - warmup starts at 8:00 pm for a 9:00am start.
- Medals will be awarded to the 3 fastest swimmers in each age category.
- Division medals will be awarded to the three fastest swimmers in each of the listed age divisions
- 1500m Freestyle - Top three open finishers
- All medalists must meet the qualifying time to receive a medal.
- All entrants must be a 2020/21 Annual member of Swimming WA
- All events will be swum as timed finals
- Times must have been achieved since the 1st of January 2019.
- Afternoon sessions will commence one hour following the completion of the morning session. Estimated timeline will be published once entries close.
- 1500m Freestyle, 800 Freestyle and 400 IM will be subject to a "cut off" time of 1 minute over the qualifying time.
- Events 201 to 204 are region relays. Each region is to submit their fastest team and can submit only one team per event.
- Age group is 9 years and over with the age calculated at the beginning of the meet.
- Swimmers are not permitted to swim up an age division.
- 9 year olds can swim the 200m freestyle and 200m IM provided they meet the 10 year old qualifying time. (No separate 9 year old medal awarded.)
Please note that all Entry times must have been achieved since Tuesday, 1 January 2019 and must have been achieved in a Long Course (50m) pool..
