HPC – Outdoor 10-Lane Pool
Join us for a focused Backstroke & Breaststroke Skills Clinic, designed to help swimmers improve technique, efficiency and confidence in both strokes.
$50 to participate, which includes your pool entry.
Session Times
8–12 years
8:30am – 9:30am
Maximum 45 swimmers
13+ years
9:45am – 10:45am
Maximum 45 swimmers
Swimmers with Disability
- 8:30am – Dryland Activation: A dedicated session supporting preparation, movement and confidence before entering the water.
- 9:45am – Skills Clinic: Join the Backstroke & Breaststroke Skills Clinic, with an inclusive opportunity to develop skills alongside other swimmers.

Backstroke
- Body position and alignment
- Kick and rotation
- Arm technique and timing
Breaststroke
- Kick technique
- Pull and timing
- Body position and efficiency
What to bring
Swimmers should arrive ready to swim with their usual training equipment, water bottle and towel.
Places are limited to 45 swimmers per session, so early registration is recommended.
