Warm up is at 8.00 for a 9.00am start.
Please take the time to Visit the team at the Swimtek Pop up store and visit our raffle table with some great prizes up for grabs including our major prize of a Senior or Junior A3 racesuit.
Whilst it is great to be back racing in the Pool again, we would like to remind everyone that we are still under Phase 4 restrictions and can you please all be COVID aware.

200m events (excluding Fly): 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16&O
400 Free (events 20 & 21 Limited to 3 heats): Open 1st, 2nd & 3rd (no age group) medals)
Mixed events (events 1, 8, 17, 22, 28, 38, 43 & 44 Limited to 2 heats) : Overall Open 1st, 2nd & 3rd
Please note that all Entry times must have been achieved since Tuesday, 1 January 2019 from the best of either a Short Course (25m) or Long Course (50m) times..
