Friday relays: Warmup 12:00 pm for a 1:00 pm start.

Morning Heats: Warmup starts at 8:00 am for a 9:00 am start.
Afternoon Finals: Warmup starts at 5:00 pm for a 6:00 pm start.

Afternoon Finals: Warmup starts at 4:00 pm for a 5:00 pm start.

*This has been changed to prevent swimmers from needing to remain at the pool too late as was going to happen otherwise.

All swimmers (including relay swimmers) need to be current "Annual" members (9 years and older) before entries close.

Clubs will enter the relay teams however individuals can help by using the entry wizard to say that they are available for relays on the day on MSR.

Clubs are permitted to enter two relay teams per event.

The BG Agencies Cup will be awarded to the Champion Club in the Women's 4x100m Medley Relay.
The Peter Evans and Neil Brooks Cup will be awarded to the Champion Club in the Mens 4x100m Medley Relay.

Swimming WA will select a Performance Pathway team from performances at Hancock Prospecting State Championships to compete at the South Australia State Open Long Course Championships. Nominations and further information click here

Individual Events:

Open for Males 14 years and Over and Females 13 years and over who achieve the Summer State qualifying times.

Medals will be awarded to the three fastest swimmers in finals for the following age groups:
Males: "14 Years", "15 Years", "16 Years", "17 Years", "18 & 19 years" and "Open"
Females: "13 Years", "14 Years", "15 Years", "16 Years", "17 & 18 Years" and "Open"

Multiclass medals will be determined based on the MCPS.

Maximum of 2 visitors will be eligible to compete in finals. There is no limit to how many visitors may compete in a B final.
17-18+ Open
18-19+ Open
If these events have enough to run separate heats (8 or more per age category) then they will be run individually. Should there be less than 8 in either category they will be combined with medals awarded to each category after the finals for the highest placed finishers. There will be should there be 16 or more swimmers in total there will be a B Final.

Members who age up between the 17th of December and the 25th of March 2022, who would otherwise be ineligible for either Age and End of Season Championships will be eligible to swim at this meet. This also applies to MC Swimmers looking to compete at the National Championships as a 12 year old.

Swimmers are required to register their intent to swim for the 800m and 1500m freestyle events on the day of their events.

Swimmers who do not withdraw from a final within the allocated 30 minute time frame from posting the results - will incur a $50 fine.

Please note that all Entry times must have been achieved since Friday, 1 October 2021.

Short Course times may be accepted as entry into events however these entry times will be replaced with the Qualifying Time for the event when organising the meet program.
