Short Course event.
- Seniors Must choose at least one of the two 200m events, then complete 2 × 50m and 2 × 100m. Each 50m and 100m must be from a different stroke.
- Juniors Must complete 2 × 100m (including 100m IM + 1 stroke of choice), then choose 3 × 50m. Optional: they can also enter either the 200m freestyle or IM if they want to try.
Please note that all Entry times must have been achieved since Wednesday, 1 January 2025 from the best of either a Short Course (25m) or Long Course (50m) times..
