Club Race Meet 02W – Winter 2026

Swim Meet: Tuesday 23rd June 2026
Athlete Nomination Entry Fee: $5.00 (to assist with funding visiting qualified officials)
There is an overall maximum of 3 events, with a maximum of 1 event from each stroke set.

Please note that upon entering this swim meet you agree to the warmup sessions as listed below:

FITNESS & MASTERS SQUAD: Please note there is no squad training for Green/Fitness/Masters Squad on Club Race Meet nights, we encourage you to enter the swim meet instead.
Arrivals: National, State ready for 4.15pm in the water, Gold, Silver, Bronze & Green ready for 5.15pm in the water.
Warm-Ups: National, State 4.15pm-5.15pm; Gold/Silver/Bronze/Green 5.15pm-5.45pm with assistance by National & State squad.
Parents Rosters in to position: 5.45pm – 5.50pm
Races commence: 6.00pm

Only enter this meet for your children, if a parent/guardian will be in attendance for the duration of the meet and is subject to be rostered for volunteer duties.
If a swimmer attends with no parent/guardian, the child will not be permitted to compete.
For the swim meet to be an official swim meet, we must have the required qualified officials and 2 timekeepers per lane.
All Masters and TeenFit members are encouraged to give our Club Race Meets a go.

Please note that all Entry times must have been achieved since Tuesday, 24 December 2024 and must have been achieved in a Short Course (25m) pool..
